Diabetes .
Hello friends, today we talk about diabetes. Friends, today it is common for people to have diabetes. And if someone gets this diabetes once, then the medicine of this disease goes on throughout life. So how do we people keep our body away from this diabetes disease. We talk about this poison.
New studies evaluating the effects of a high carbohydrate and high monounsaturated fat diet indicate that patients with type 2 diabetes have elevated blood pressure after exposure to a 14-week high carbohydrate diet compared to a diet high in monounsaturated fat .
One diet consisted of a diet containing high carbohydrates with 55 percent calories as carbohydrates, 30 percent as fat, and 10 percent as monounsaturated fat. Other diets included diets with high-monounsaturated fats, which were 40 percent calories from carbohydrates, 45 percent from fat, and 25 percent from monounsaturated fats.
The research compared the effect of two same-calorie diets in 42 patients with type 2 diabetes who consumed each diet for 6 weeks, approximately 1 week between the two periods. These patients were invited to continue a second diet for 8 weeks. Eight continued them on a high-monounsaturated fat diet and 13 on a high-carbohydrate diet.
The discoveries after the first 6-week period demonstrated that there was no significant difference between the two diets in systolic or diastolic blood pressure, upper and lower numbers on a standard reading, or in heart rate, respectively.
After the 8-week extension, diastolic blood pressure was 7 points higher than at the end of both 6-week phases, as the high-carbohydrate diet was associated, and systolic blood pressure was 6 points higher, and the heart rate was greater than 7 8 beats. per minute.
On the other hand, during an 8-week extension of a high-monounsaturated fat diet there was a significant lowering of heart rate compared to the end of the initial 6-week period. There was almost no statistical significance between systolic and diastolic blood pressure which was 3 to 4 points lower after 14 weeks on a high-monounsaturated fat diet.
